Personal data is only processed when you choose to contact us directly by email or phone. Audit logs from our hosting provider may retain technical metadata (IP, timestamp) for security purposes.

AMENTO Consulting acts as a sole data controller. No data protection officer (DPO) has been designated, as the processing performed does not meet the criteria of Article 37 GDPR.
03 What data we process
3.1 — When you email or call us
- Identification · name, professional email address, phone number
- Professional context · employer, role, country, any information you choose to share
- Content · the body of your message and any subsequent correspondence
3.2 — Technical data (server logs)
- Connection metadata · IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp, URL requested
- Source · standard logs maintained by our hosting provider (Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland)
3.3 — What we do not collect
- No cookies are set by this site beyond strictly necessary technical ones (none at the date of publication).
- No analytics, advertising or social tracking pixels.
- No automated profiling, no decision based on automated processing.

05 Retention periods

At the end of the applicable retention period, data is deleted or archived in a secure environment with restricted access, solely for the time required by legal obligations.
06 Recipients & subprocessors
Personal data is processed by Alexandre Darriet exclusively. No data is sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes. The following technical service providers may process data on our behalf, under written subprocessing terms :
- Infomaniak Network SA — site hosting and email infrastructure (Geneva, Switzerland)
- Accountant — invoicing and tax filings (France, EU), bound by professional secrecy
Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR, ensuring an equivalent level of personal-data protection. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland.
07 Confidentiality of mission data
Client mission data is treated as confidential. Any data accessed during consulting engagements (operational, regulatory, personal data of bank clients, etc.) is processed solely on the documented instructions of the client institution acting as controller. AMENTO Consulting acts as a processor in that context, under a written Data Processing Agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
08 Your rights
Under articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have the right to :
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erase your data (right to be forgotten), within applicable legal limits
- Restrict processing or object to it on legitimate grounds
- Portability of data you have provided
- Define directives regarding the use of your data after death
These rights can be exercised by writing to a.darriet@amento.fr. We will respond within one month of receiving your request, in accordance with Article 12 GDPR.
If you consider that the processing infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL) — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 · cnil.fr.
09 Cookies
At the date of publication, amento.fr does not deposit any cookies on your device — neither functional, nor analytics, nor advertising. The Google Fonts service used to deliver typography may issue a minimal technical request to its CDN; this request does not involve cookies on the served pages.
Should this policy change in the future (e.g. addition of an analytics tool), a cookie banner compliant with the ePrivacy Directive and CNIL guidelines will be implemented.

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulations. The current version is always available at amento.fr/privacy. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
